Angie Tucker, MA Candidate in Anthropology, has received the University of Calgary's Indigenous Graduate Award for her thesis project, Awana niyanaan? Who are we? Diasporic Métis Communities and Identity. She has also received the prestigious Queen Elizabeth II Scholarship for 2017-2018. Angie will start field work for her MA project in May of 2017.
